It’s worth pointing out that the Amazon sales rank is a “recent” sales rank – that’s not the same as “best-sellers of 2008”. For instance, Head First C# has been out for the whole of 2008, and I’m sure has sold many more copies than Pro Silverlight 2 which has only been out for just over a month.
