		<description>Depends what you are trying to accomplish, as StringBuilder has its own overhead.  If you are formatting a string, String.Format() is preferred.  If you are concatenating strings, String.Concat() is preferred.  However, if you are building string programatically or one character at a time, then StringBuilder is preferred.</description>
